With each of our talented stylists having their own unique flair they also excel at creating rich natural brunettes, and all shades of rich shiny copper and reds. We are constantly expanding our knowledge to stay ahead of the latest hair trends to ensure a modern hair experience, created for the everyday woman.

Pricing does vary depending on the requirements in achieving your hair goals, with our services being completely tailored to your needs. Deposits

We required a deposit of 20% to secure all appointments. When using our online booking system you will be prompted to pay the deposit to finalise your selected appointment time. Appointments taken in person or over the phone can pay via a secure link sent to you in a text message from our system at the time of booking and is redeemable at your appointment. Deposits are non refundable - If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not arrive for your appointment your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment our deposit will be help on your profile for your next appointment.

Confirming your appointments

We automatically send out confirmation messages 4 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. Please reply "Y" to confirm your appointment. Unfortunately, if appointments are not confirmed within 48 hours of the appointment, then we reserve the right to offer your appointment to someone else. Please also ensure your contact details are kept up to date.

Late cancellations

Late cancellations are appointments cancelled within 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Please know that we do operate with a waiting list and late cancellations do not allow us enough time to offer your appointment to another client. Please understand that we are a small business and late cancellations, and no shows are a loss of business for us. Persistent failure to confirm/attend your appointments will result in full payment at the time of booking being enforced for all future bookings.

Adjustment policy

We are confident that you will love your new hair, however, we do have a 1-week adjustment policy if there is something you would like adjusted. Please know we do not offer refunds. A consultation will be required prior to your adjustment appointment to ensure enough time will be allocated for you. Studio One is a well established hair salon conveniently located in the Eli Waters Shopping Centre, Cnr of Old Maryborough Road and Ibis Bolouvard, Eli Waters, Hervey Bay. The centre is easily accessible and has plenty of parking. Our salon has a inviting decor creating a unique and welcoming environment.
